EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Are you not satisfied with the item you've purchased? You can return your product by filling out the return form on our website and announce your return. Fill out this returnform and add this to your returnpackage. The item has to be returned within 14 days after receiving the product..
- Please note: items must be in their original condition. You're more than welcome to fit your purchase, it is not allowed to wear the item. The product may not show traces of deterioration of the sole or seams caused by walking.
- The orginal receipt has to be enclosed with the item you are returning.
- The sender is responsible for the return postage. Unfortunately we can not accept return postages without a track and trace code.
- The amount of the returned item (excluding shipping costs) will be transferred to your specified IBAN number within 14 days after receiving the item in our store

Does the product meets all your requirements, but is the size not right or do you prefer a different color? No problem! In that case, contact us via email@example.com or call +31 72 511 40 10. Our team will check if the desired size or color is in stock. When the product is still available we will retain the item for five days. After receiving the return product we will send you the right size of color.
After the return postage is received by 786FRIDGE and the checkup has been rounded, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days. Unfortunately we can’t place refunds on creditcard accounts, please fill out a valid IBAN number.
In our webshop it is possible to purchase items from the sale collection. Products bought in the sale section of the webshop that don’t match your desire can be returned following the foregoing procedure. The purchase amount will be refunded to the IBAN number you provided. Mind you: this rule does not apply when you have bought a sale item in our stores at the Hoogstraat. The procedures for the stores and the webshop are different on this topic.
