How long does it take for my order to be delivered? 

- When you place an order before 14h pm, we will strive to have your purchase delivered the next working day. In some cases delivery can take up to two or three working days.

What are the payment methods?

- You can pay with creditcard (Mastercard, Visa and American Express) or by bank transfer.

I haven’t received a conformation mail of my order? 

- In case you haven’t received an conformation mail, you can contact the webshop by sending an e-mail to webshop@786fridge.nl.

Can I collect my online order in the store? 

- But ofcourse! 786FRIDGE is located at Hoogstraat 15, 1811 KV in Alkmaar, The Netherlands

Can I return an article for free?

- The shipping costs of your purchase are borne by 786FRIDGE, the shipping costs of a return have to be paid by the customer. When you exchange your purchase for another size of article, we will compensate the shipping costs of your new purchase!

Is it possible to exchange an online ordered article?

- Ofcourse it’s possible to exchange your order for a different size or colour. In this case just contact 786FRIDGE via webshop@786fridge.nl or t. +31 72 511 4010.

Order and receive from another coutry, is that possible?

- Yes, we ship our products to (almost) every country in Europe.
